Do you offer on-site coordination?

Yes, your Event Director will assist with creating a package that fits your budget and execution of all of The Tipping Pointe services. We schedule a 60day & 10day meeting with you to create a layout and day-of timeline for your ceremony and for your vendors arrival.

Is rehearsal included in the site rental fee?

Yes, rehearsal is included in the site rental fees and can be schedule as a 1hr time slot the day prior to your wedding.

Are there bar services at The Tipping Pointe?

Yes, you may bring your own alcohol. We require you to use a licensed bar service from our vendor list. All alcohol is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.

When can we drop off alcohol and decor?

You may drop off all alcohol and decor at rehearsal the day prior to event.

Is set up and break down included in the site rental fee and what does that entail?

Yes, the venue team will set up and break-down everything that is included in the venue package.

If I bring my own decor when does it have to be off the property?

Decor can be packed up the night of the wedding or picked up the next morning. If you decide to pick up the next morning the gate will open at 10am and all decor must be picked up by 11am.

How does booking work?

Connect with us via email or social media if you are interested in hosting your next event at The Tipping Pointe. If your date is available, a 50% non-refundable deposit can be made to reserve your date. We will only be booking 1 event per weekend! Once there is already an event paid for and reserved, the weekend will be full.

What are the taxes, service fees, or additional charges?

Our invoices require a 3% processing fee as well as a refundable $500 security deposit if no damages or excess clean up is required.

Do I need event insurance?

Yes, you will be required to get special event insurance and provide proof 1 month prior to event.

Is there parking on site & can we leave our cars over night?

Street parking and next door lot available on weekends. You & your guests can leave cars parked on on the street overnight but not in the next door parking lot.

Do you require specific vendors?

The Tipping Pointe requires you to use one of their preferred bartenders and DJs. All other vendors must be licensed and insured.

What about music and a DJ?

We do allow a DJ service upon approval. Need a recommendation? Let us know. The backyard is also equipped with mounted speakers and stereo system with mobile device connection.

Are there any restrictions at the venue?

All candles must be dripless. No confetti, glitter, fake petals or smoke bombs. Pets are allowed upon approval.
